OVERVIEW
A rugged alpine trek and pilgrimage ascending from the Kathmandu Valley to the high-altitude glacial lake of Gosainkunda, sacred to Lord Shiva.
This journey includes Pashupatinath temple blessing coordination, Mountain guide and trekking permits (Langtang National Park), 3 nights lodge/teahouse accommodation during the trek and Ground transportation from Kathmandu to trek starting point (Dhunche) and back.
THE SACRED PATH
Depart early morning from Kathmandu on a scenic drive along the Trishuli river corridor, reaching Dhunche by afternoon. Meet your mountain guide, check permits, and rest for the night.

Begin your uphill trek through dense pine and rhododendron forests of Langtang National Park. Pass through suspension bridges and uphill ridges to reach Sing Gompa by evening.
Trek along the scenic ridge line with breathtaking views of the Ganesh Himal and Langtang ranges. Reach the sacred Gosainkunda Lake, take a holy dip or offer prayers, and witness the pristine glacial environment.
After early morning prayers by the lake, retrace your steps downward via Sing Gompa to Dhunche. Board the vehicle back to Kathmandu, concluding your sacred alpine yatra.
